About The Wine
This Pinot Gris is made in a complex, Alsatian style. It is beautiful and light salmon in colour with flavours of red apple skin, earthy citrus, and ginger spice. Its refreshing acidity is balanced with a slight pucker framing the fruit with a delightful texture.
About Lethbridge Wines
The Flagship Vineyard in Lethbridge, located 30 km north west of Geelong, was originally planted in 1874 by Swiss immigrants and was replanted by the owners of Lethbridge Wines in 1996. This vineyard is managed using sustainable principles, informed by organic and biodynamic practices.
